Is PepPro Tracker free?

Yes. Food, calorie and macro tracking is free, with 5 AI meal estimates and 5 barcode scans a day. Every new account also gets 3 days with everything unlocked.

How does PepPro work out my calories?

It estimates your maintenance calories from your age, height, weight, sex and activity using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, then gives cut or bulk targets. Your plan updates with every weigh-in.

Does PepPro tell me what dose to take?

No. PepPro is a tracking tool. It logs what you enter and never recommends doses or treatments. Talk to your doctor about any treatment.

Can I install it on my phone?

Yes. Open the site on your phone and add it to your home screen. It works like an app on iPhone and Android, and on desktop too.

Is my data private?

Your logs are tied to your account and are not shared with other users.

Is there a free trial?

Pro and Elite each come with a 7-day free trial, one trial per person. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
